First an initial call with a recruiter, then an interview with 2 quantitative researchers. They asked about my past experience and my knowledge of DeFi. In general at all stages, they were friendly and pleasant.

Applied online. Got a phone screen and talked with hiring manager second round. Recruiter conversation was non-technical, and second round was technical. Did not hear back from them after second round.
Online Assessment then video assessment. Very short response time after OA but long after video. Video is weird one sided interview. Behavioral + technical questions on video. 3 more interviews after that
