The process starts with a small case study on macro and stock specific questions, it is given over a weekend so you have time to prepare. Mostly on how to react to certain news and events which is the main strategy of the firm. If successful, you pass to an informal interview of about 45 minutes with two people. They ask about your background and you ask about the job. If they like you, they pass you to the final round in person in their offices. They promised me that they would expense my travel but they didn't in the end, hence the bad review and low professionalism. The in-person interview was with traders: brain teasing (easy), some questions on how you react in certain situations and how you communicate news. Traders are a bit weird and not very socially skilled, they don't get jokes, so I assume you must be quite serious when answering (different from a sell-side job). Next interview is with your team in Amsterdam and the US, they all ask similar questions and they are pretty easy to answer.
