I have just withdrawn my application mid-process. Im not interested in working with a company that is so disrespectful of my time. Two hours of playing video games as an „assessment“ followed by Hirevue interviews - never spoken to a human from IMC even though I have spent hours on tests, games and interviews.

Online Assessment followed by behavioural interview (why you want to work here, what’s a time you’ve had to make a decision under uncertainty, etc…) Online Assessment wasn’t too difficult but focused primarily on conditional probabilities and expected value questions
