Applied via online and received an email including an invitation to two assessment tests: one is for assessing analytical skills and other one is for assessing basic probability knowledge. Given 4 days to take these tests. After two days since taking test, received another email for a video interview.

Why do you want to pursue a career in trading?
A basic probability problem.
Neurolympic games (can find online) then hire vue where really you just have to answer maths question correctly followed by hr interview then final round. Most straightforward maths questions as well as market making games

3x3 square. Probability of starting somewhere moving twice and ending up on an even number.

1st round was neurolympics (reflexes, reasoning, etc...) , 2nd was a one way video question interview consisted of 3 questions 2 were personal and 3rd was probability and after had 1st round interview with hr 45 mins

Entretien
It consists of 5 stages, CV plus cover letter, Neurolymics test (cognitive test), one way interview, HR interview (behavioural, market making and quant questions) and incoming in person interview in Amsterdam office.
