Very friendly people. Interview process is short, but fun! Trading simulation, mental math, interviews with HR and current traders. Happy hour at the end of the day or the night before, depending on when you interview. Don't get overwhelmed by the trading simulation--they want you to have fun with it. The culture is very laid-back, but everyone seems to work really hard because they enjoy what they are doing.

It was a tough market making game and a pretty easy brain teaser. The process took a while as well. I think I got nervous since it was my first interview as the difficulty was not too bad.
