Spoke to trader at a career fair at my school. Was told HR would be in touch with me shortly. Was asked to take an online assessment. Two timed exams. The first was some basic math word problems (read values off a chart, calculate percent change, etc.), the second was a logic test which gave a series of images on the screen and asked to pick the next one. Never heard back, assumed my scores didn't meet the cutoff.
