The interview process was extensive with a thorough screening of the candidate's capabilities. There was a group discussion round, a written assessment round with a lot of case study topics focussed on, and a 1-1 round with some more questions on the case study.

I recently interviewed for the Business Development Manager role at IMAPAC, and I had a very positive experience. The entire process took around 1-2 weeks, and I was kept informed of my status throughout. I started with a phone screen with their HR Manager, who was friendly and informative. She asked me some basic questions about my experience and why I was interested in the role. She also gave me a good overview of the company culture and the position itself. After the phone screen, I was invited to an in-person interview with the hiring managers. The interview was very relaxed and conversational, and the hiring manager was genuinely interested in learning more about me and my experience. She asked me a mix of behavioral and technical questions, and she was very respectful of my time. At the end of the interview, I was told that if I'm selected then the last stage would be to have an interview with their GM. After a few days, I was invited back for a final interview with the GM. The final interview was even more relaxed than the first one. We mostly talked about my vision for the role. The GM was very impressed with my work, and she was convinced that I would be a good fit for the role. Overall, I had a very positive interview experience with IMAPAC. The HR and hiring managers were all friendly and professional, and they made me feel comfortable and respected throughout the process. I would highly recommend IMAPAC to anyone looking for a job in the conference industry.
