Lots of confusing emails back and forth with the recruiter. She sent conflicting interview times. Then she called and spoke very rapidly about the position. She sounded like she was out of breath. Said the position was”fast paced.” Definitely sounded like a very stressful and confusing place to work. I got some “rejection” email after the interview. Thank goodness. Why would I want to work at a rude place like this?
There were three rounds of interviews, but none were particularly challenging. More than anything it seemed like they were looking for a good culture fit. The first round was with a hiring manager. The second was with the office manager. The third was with the person who would be my direct manager.

Entretien
Interviewed with recruiter and confirmed they will pass my information along to the HM and should hear back within the week. I didn’t hear anything from this company regarding any updates until about two months later, stated the HM wanted to do an interview and continue the process. Interviewed with HM and team lead thought the interview went great and they provided next steps in the process. After a week passed and following up which I found out the recruiter left the company with an automated message. Haven’t heard anything since I’ll assume the position was already filled and they were just checking boxes off so I guess this how professionalism works.
