It is a small company but I feel there are good things going for it. I hope we can achieve what we have set out for. But the plans are enormous and can be scary. I hope we can achieve them> Anyways, I am in it now and Iw ill give my best. The process itself was tiring but thorough. Felt good overall. Was given opportunities to express myself and was not just marked on my nerves. I was nervous to start with and I know of a few who didn't like the process. For such a small company were they necessary. I think finding the right talent is critical and we were told that smaller the company, more critical are the people. That kind of explains it I guess. Looks to be a good place with good people. Small team but seems like a decent joint. Will soon know.
