I went through a test question, it was a written test that took 1 hour. The test was on current affairs and others on specifics on the job advertised, which went well.
Competency-based interview related to your work experience and the applied position. There are 5-7 questions. Using the S-T-A-R method is the most useful for answering those questions. Not quite difficult if you're well-prepared.
