It was very straightforward, if you're an English teacher that knows about your subject, you have nothing to worry about. They are extremely kind and understanding. It was a very good experience.

An interview at ILAC is usually friendly and conversational, focusing on your communication skills, personality, and teaching ability. The interviewer may ask about your experience, teaching style, and how you handle students, and for teaching positions, you might also be asked to do a short demo lesson to show how you engage learners. Overall, they look for someone confident, positive, and able to connect with students from different backgrounds.
