It was an online video interview with pre-loaded prompts that you have a certain amount of time to respond to. There was nobody on the other end, just the computer. The questions were pretty easy, mostly behavioral.

Filled out application online. After about a month received email from company stating they were interested and wanted to set up an in-person interview. Interviewer was nice, friendly. Asked several typical/basic questions and provided good followup after each answer. Took about 15 minutes at most. Told would hear back soon. Several days after interview, had to take drug test and agree to background check. Several more days later, received official offer.
