It was quick they asked me a couple of questions regarding availability, hours, and wage. Got hired within 15 minutes, did training for two weeks, than moved up to a server within a couple days

The interview process was straight forward. I went in, asked for an application, filled it out, spoke to the manager, and I got the job within a few days. One of the questions I asked was if they did direct deposit, and they don't, they give paper checks instead.

I was waiting at a table, till the assistant manager came ask what position I was looking into. He gave me the papers to fill out and then asked me to come to the next part of the interview an other day. I come back and the manager asked when I can start working. I answered as soon as possible. He asked what do I want to do in my future and how long I plan to work there. I think I got hired because I could work as soon as possible, spoke Spanish, and would be working full-time.
