The interview process happened much faster than I expected. After applying, interview was scheduled within 2 days. The interviewer was very kind, and the interview itself was quick, concise, yet fair. Easy overall.

Super easy, Ten minutes max, basically asking if you can handle working nights, are you trained on emergency services because you are everything on night shift. Computer skills is a must. Math skills are super relevant. Having a backbone. Being ready to fight any drunk sngry guests

The interview was scheduled very quickly, though it took about two weeks for them to reach out to me after the initial application. After the initial phone screen, there was an in-person interview with a brief tour of the facility.
