I didn't enjoy the process. They brought several candidates who were competing for the same role on the same day, even having lunch together. that's ok for an internship position, not for a senior role. Pretty uncomfortable.

Questions were OK, but none of candidates got one on one time with the hiring manager. Interview with hiring manager included another candidate at the same time. Akward.

Interview process for this role was structured and communicative from the HR side - they knew exactly which steps would be ahead and with whom. That was the exception however, as most other roles seemed to be a black hole. Conversations were friendly, interesting, and thoughtful. In the end, after 4 rounds of interviews, we were far apart on compensation so it was a mutual agreement to not proceed to an offer.

Three month interview process, final interviewer was rude, did not ask follow up questions, no feedback provided, and at least 2 weeks between each interaction. As a candidate, I felt like I was driving the interview process. This is hospitality???

The third person I spoke with asked "what do you already know about the role"? Duh... I'm looking at the job description and I've already spoke to 2 other people about it.

Entretien
A little drawn out but thorough. Everyone was nice and open about challenges and opportunities within the office. HR was very communicative and kept me in the loop the whole way.
