After basic screening based on experience, between 5 and 10 candidates were asked to have an interview. The interview has 3 parts - meeting the hiring manager, meeting a panel that consists of manager+1, peers (team members), and potentially key work partners from other teams. The last part of the interview is a case study. The candidate will be given 2 hours to complete.
