I recently went through the interview process at iGeeksMedia, and it was a lengthy ordeal. The initial round consisted of a phone interview, where the senior HR representative primarily emphasized the company's policies that restrict personal growth and interaction with colleagues. It was made clear that while you can be friends with your coworkers, seeking assistance from them to develop your skills is against company policy, as personal use of company resources is prohibited. This essentially equates all employees to mere assets of the company. Subsequently, I was given an assignment, which I completed within 24 hours. However, I received a rejection email without any accompanying feedback. While I don't have an issue with the rejection itself, I was hoping for some constructive feedback to help me improve. Despite my attempts to contact them for feedback, they have been unresponsive. If you're considering applying for a position in this company, I strongly advise looking elsewhere and considering other companies in the industry.
