1st Interview: Phone screening, mostly technical questions regarding OOP practices (4 pillars, design patterns, etc.)
2nd Interview: On site in LV. White board pseudo coding, system design analysis, resume run-through, how skills tie into what IGT does, what job requires, etc.

Most difficult part for me was the white board coding questions, as there were quite a few in my case.
Panel interview. Common linux OS questions. Programming C and C++ fundamentals. Multiple teams interviewed in the same round. HR got back to me within a week with an offer. Started within 3 weeks of offer.

2-3 interviews long 40 min plus. Depending on what countries you are going to work in.(US, Canada, Europe)
Most of HR do not know what are the qualifications required for the job so it makes the interview really hard.
