Interview started on time around 11 am. Two members from HR dept, are presented there for initial interview.
** Language is not a main factor here, You can communicate in Bangla/ English as your wish. The recruiter asked me in Bangla **

1) You are from engineering background then we you want to choose Banking sector?? How can you align in this post?? If you are accepted for this position, you will be designated as a ‘Banker,’ and your B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering will be considered invalid.”
2) Tell me the name of current of Governor of Bangladesh Bank
NB. Each candidates interview duration around 2 min(max). Based on my observations of recruiters’ body language, it appears they prefer candidates with a BBA background.

It was the initial viva. Firstly I have applied from their website. They emailed me the interview time and location. There are 4 steps to follow - Initial viva, written, Computer test and final viva. I didn’t seat for the written test.
