First round Screening interview, lasted ~30 minutes. Fairly standard. Second round interview with 3 members of the team I would be working with. Lasted 1.5 hrs. While they did ask about my background, the focus was on work style + cultural fit. Questions were exploring situational responses, with several follow ups after my initial responses. Overall the interview was very comfortable, and felt more like a conversation. Generic interview questions were not a part of the second round, so be prepared with examples from your work history.

First had phone interview screen then met in person with panel interviews. Talked about resume and work experiences. Talked about my background and the role itself. Definitely a lot to learn from this position and the opportunity to grow within this company.
