Hiring process is pathetic. They called me for an interview which included 3 rounds of technical interview on C# winforms. Once I cleared these 3 rounds I had been asked to leave for the day and the HR told me that I had cleared the rounds and I need to attend one more round of interview in next week. But that next week didn't come at all. I contacted the HR and she told me that my profile is on Hold and she said that they will update me on that in another week. I waited for a week and I didn't get a response. I sent an Email to HR (Anitha) to know about the status and they didn't have a courtesy to reply back. I wasted my whole day in there office. I feel some one in there US office should look after this.
