I had 2 interviews back to back (day shift and night shift) and was interviewed by a group of 3 people for both of them. The questions where pretty standard like "tell me about yourself?", "what are you're strengths?", etc, and took about 20 minutes. After the interview I was shown around the facility and they explained the process of their operation and Thats about it.
