Well defined process. Contacted soon after submitting my application with interview scheduled soon afterwards. Initial contact with recruiter was quick. Process was not overly complicated and status updates were at the right pace.

Cold call from recruiter followed by interviews from the open position's manager and another manager. I found the overall the hiring team seemed disorganized, unprofessional, and TC was below industry standard.

There were three technical rounds all together.
1st round was based on basic know how and skill test.
2nd round was on tools perspective and IAM domain in general.
Final round is with director of the company.
