I attended a post-job fair interview at my university where there were two different sets of interviews. The first was all technical finance and accounting questions and the next was questions about my resume and was full of typical behavioral interview questions such as "Describe a time when..." Then in the final round of interviews they interviewed in pairs with one person asking technical finance/accounting questions and the other asking the behavioral interview questions.
