First round interview was with the Head of Data, an informal chat where I was asked about my background, reasons for applying and also allowed me to find out more about the role. The second round was with the MD and two senior team members, where I presented a project that I had worked on in the past. I then answered technical questions on this project as well as questions about my work interests, motivations and preferred ways of working.
