Straightforward and clearly communicated at first but lack of follow through and rejection without a reason. I applied online and interviewed with ICONIQ: first round was HR screening and second one with two senior member of the team. The overall conversation was good and HR feedback was positive. I was put on hold since there weren’t an immediate opening at the office i applied for, and then I received an automated rejection letter in three months.
