It starts with a On-demand interview, wich is basically a behavioral interview, it's kind of easy of you prepare well your answers.
And ofc, if you apply from Mexico, the biggest barrier it's the language, so, take it in mind. Also, u should consider having administrative experience, and highlight some skills, for instance, time management.

Importance of teamwork. And strategies for a good teamwork.
I have gone through the first round of interviewing with ICON for the CTA role and it was 5 timed questions basically getting a feeling for if I would be appropriate for this role at all. There is not a lot of time to think but the questions are very standard.

Primero es una llamada, luego ya te agendan entrevista con el manager. La entrevista es en español e inglés, presencial. Fue muy ameno todo, me sentí bien y cómoda. Recomiendo practicar las preguntas basicas en ingles para ir bien preparado.

Apliqué mediante Workday y 2 meses después me contactaron para una entrevista mediante HireVue con una duración aproximada de 25 min, te muestran la pregunta y 30 segundos después respondes, dan como 3 min por pregunta
