I applied directly from the ICON careers website and was contacted by a recruiter within the week. After one initial phone call with the recruiter, I was passed over to the hiring manager the following week and received my offer within another week.

Entretien
The interviewer started with a short introduction of himself and the company. Questions were related to background, education and work experience. There were also work related questions in different scenarios.
