Responded to a LinkedIn message from a recruiter. Competed a application online along with a initial interview with the recruiter. Moved on to a video interview with a Lone Manager which consisted of work history monitoring metrics and situational questions. Received feedback from recruiter the next day that interview went very well but they wanted to have an addition interview to assess my oncology knowledge (which was limited). Received feedback the next day and was offered a position. Very easy process and salary was very competitive.

I was interviewed in united kingdom.The process was very interactive. Just like a friendly conversation discussing experiences. Hiring managers briefly described their experience too. It was a brief two way conversation.
