HR recruiter contacts your for a pre-screen (phone screen), if you pass you are invited for a face to face interview. After that interview the recruiter contacts you again to let you know the next steps; final interview is with the VP or director of the department.

The interview process was generally fine. The interview itself was professional and the appropriate questions for the role were asked. Where the issue arose was after the interview when I was ghosted by the talent acquisition team. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I will avoid applying for jobs here in the future and hope no one else has this same experience.

HR asked the candidate to introduction yourself - explain of the job position and the requirements - HR ask candidate to describe the past experience and explain the reason why do you think you would fit into this position - discuss about the benefit part
