I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn and had a quick phone screen. I then had a panel interview. They were very friendly and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. They mostly asked about my experience and goals then gave me a tour of the lab. They said I would be a good fit as my goals aligned with the company and that I would be able to work my way up quickly. I've received no further communication and the job has been reposted twice since then.

The Interviewer was over 30 mins late for the interview. When the interview eventually began it was easy (situational questions). The HR department called me out of the blue afterwards to see how I found the interview and said they really liked me followed by another phone call later that evening saying that I didn't get the job but said to keep in contact about any future jobs that were more suited to me. Whenever I emailed the HR dept about a job nobody would return any emails or phone calls. I find the HR and any employees I've dealt with in general very unprofessional and has put me off the company.
