Approached on LinkedIn by an in-house talent acquisition specialist to apply for the position. 1 recruiter screening, 1 recorded video interview with 6 questions, then a final interview with one hiring manager for an hour over a video call.

Recruiter Screening- what do you know about the role? Are you okay with 60-80% travel? Do you have any oncology experience? Are you okay with the program and the pay?
Vid recording questions- walk through your CV and explain why you left each job; list the apps and portals you are familiar with; how does your current role compare to this one?
Hiring Manager questions- name a time you made a mistake and what you did to correct it; describe an instance where you had to innovate to complete a task; what is quality and how can quality be compromised in research?

Entretien
The process was very simple from application to offer, the process took 3 weeks. After applying, I received a Hirevue screening interview where I had to answer prerecorded questions after a successful screening, I was invited to a virtual interview with the hiring managers. The whole process was positive. The interviewers were friendly and professional.

Entretien
It was a pre-recorded video interview. They provide you questions with text and you record a video for your answer. Interview time was not strict, it was a 24-72 hour open interview according to availability. Also, you get a chance to practice before the interview and they give you 1 minutes to think the answer and 2-3 minutes to answer.
