Entretien
I reached out to the recruiter in response to a job posting on LinkedIn. The recruiter responded immediately and set up an initial phone screen, which mostly went over things like why was a looking to leave my current job, and about my background and experience. I was contacted the following week for a WebEx video with 2 Directors, which was scheduled for the next week. The interview lasted about 1.5 hours and included a 15 minute presentation based on a scenario provided the previous week. The rest of the interview was mostly behavior based questions, “tell me a time when ...”. The people I interviewed with were very pleasant and easy to talk to. The entire process from my initial contact and submitting my resume to receiving an offer was about 1 month.
The interview process was pretty standard. Phone screening with Talent Aquisition Recruiter, followed by an interview with hiring manager.
The interview itself was standard questions, nothing really threw me off. Review the job description and how your qualifications align with it.
