I applied and was asked to come in for an interview on the same day. When I arrived, I was greeted by two employees at the front desk, they were very nice and made small talk with me as a filled out some paper work. When I went back to the interviewers office, the first thing that I noticed was that his office seemed very sterile, and clean. He asked me some basic, expected question like where I could see myself in the company and about my previous experience. I was offered a second interview which would have been a shadowing interview, but I turned it down because doing door-to-door sales with a salary based on commission is not something that sounds appealing to me.

Question 1
If you were a superhero, which one would you be and why?
It was a 2 stage interview process for me. First stage they have you come to the office, review your resume, ask about you, your goals. They talk about the company as well. The second stage, you will accompany an agent of the company and you will see the day to day of business. They will see how you do in the work environment. During lunch, they go over compensation and talk about the opportunities to get promoted. After that, they will review what happened during the day and tell you their decision to give you an offer or not.

They sent me an email saying they had tried to reach me a couple times with no success and that if I didn't email or call them back soon that they would be moving forward with someone else. I had never heard of them or even applied, but I called them back anyway. They never mentioned the position I would be interviewing for, but I assumed it was in my profession (why would you waste my time otherwise?). The interview was standard, but they didn't ask if I had any questions after and that was a bad sign to me. They also didn't straight out say it was a sales position, but I kinda guessed. They reached back out to me later in the day asking if I wanted to come in for another "shadow" interview. I accepted, but I was wary about it. After doing further research on them, I found out they go door to door trying to sell their services. That is not something I am comfortable with. I just emailed them back saying thanks but no thanks.
