It depends on the person. Some come through connections and others applied online. You will conduct a phone interview and once you do that will come in for an in-person interview. I would suggest you do not wear jewelry like you would on the street. A necklace with a jacket and tie does not look good. I've seen people do it there and get turned away in two seconds. Do not mess up the application. Do not make one mistake as they will see you unfit to help others do an application. Have a decent resume and try to have relatable experience and of course a great personality.
