Entretien
The 1st interview was pretty good. However the Sr. Technical Manager did not consider me for the position originally because I did not fall through a glass table or I was not a friend of someone of the company. They offered me hourly in the 1st interview.
As for the 2nd interview, I met the CTO Le. And he lowballed & bamboozled me stating that this is not an hourly position its a salary position. I had to take it at the time due to the fact that no one in the job market was willing to give me an opportunity to hire me as a network engineer.

Entretien
I knew the manager for years and have worked together in the past. And knew each other's skill and virtues. I applied to a craigslist add and he replied within a few minutes. We talked for a while and arranged to meet in a few days. I interviewed with a few others and that was it.
