Fairly easy. Two directors, one interview in person. I got an interview because I knew someone who worked there. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. Got an offer over the phone about two weeks after I interviewed.

They asked me if I could use pivot tables in Excel but I never once had to use them in my job.

They are required to interview 3 people but they already know who they will choose-- unless they are desperate to fill the position because three people quit last week in which case don't worry you've got the job.

I declined the interview, their salary offer for the position I applied it's unfortunate way under my expectations compared to most companies in the same industry, surprisingly for a government contractor from my understanding/research. With that said, I think their field it's pretty interesting and should be rewarding as a first job experience.
