After applying it took them more than a month to contact me for an actual interview. Interview was simple and straight forward. I was asked questions outside of the requirements of the job description which didn't make sense. Wasn't given much of a chance of explaining my experience after they decided I would be more suited for a different position in the analytical side. After that the interview became awkward and I immediately concluded with a thank you. Maybe next time revise the job description with what is needed before applicants decide to apply for the position.
