Entretien
It went by swiftly and directly. I went in knowing what i wanted out of the job and the manager knew what she wanted out of me. In the end we had an accord and i was hired.

If you were trying to convince a non-customer to open with us, but they said no because they bank with (other bank), how would you approach that?

Interview was done over Microsoft Teams, main concern seemed to be if I was comfortable with a sales goal and canvasing to get new business. They asked about my experience, how I would maintain client relationships, and what my strengths were. They discussed pay. Pay is low, but with opportunity to earn commission.

Sort of long but was enjoyable. Didn't feel that nervous during the interview. Was sort of fun actually! Don't be nervous it is super easy so do not stress. I wish you the best of luck during your interview

Easy interview process, I had a phone interview then I was asked to come into the branch where I worked to do a decoy f interview with manager and lead teller.
