J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez IBC Bank (San Antonio, TX) en avr. 2012
Entretien
The interview process was pretty easy. They asked basic questions, nothing technical. Was more of an interview to see if the branch manager could get along with you since they were going to send you off to training, they didn't really care if you knew nothing about cash handling or not.

Tell me about yourself. Why should we hire you. What made you apply with us.

It was over zoom. I got an email with instructions. The position I applied for was already taken, but I was told about a different one which didn’t interest me.
Went smoothly and wasn’t too difficult to answer their questions. Situations were easy and didn’t make me nervous. Interviewer was very nice and told me everything I needed to know in detail.
When I applied, the application had to be submitted as a hard copy. A couple of weeks later I received a call for an interview that same day. If you do well on the first interview they will call again for a second interview with another person at a different location (or at least that was my case).
