Initial conversation with the recruitment manager. Second interview with hiring manager. Final interview with executive. There was a lack of skill-based or knowledge testing questions. We mostly covered my experience and my fit was assessed on that basis. A subjective process, not a recipe for selecting the best people despite that being their stated goal. Worried more about cost/price than obtaining talent.
