Spoke with the hiring person over the phone within a week of submitting my online application. Met 3 people at IO for the interview. I wasn't too impressed by what I heard from a security standpoint. It sounds like they want a security expert with a Cisco cert (good luck). I pulled my application before I heard back from them. They simply don't take security seriously here besides the physical barrier. They don't have any money, either, as the IPO is still far down the line.
