There was barely an interview process. One day I was eating at the restaurant and when I was leaving to pay I overheard the manager saying they needed to hire someone new. They recognized how frequent of a customer I was, because I really do love sushi, and I simply asked if they needed any help. They then asked me what my availability to work was, and continued to offer me the job as a hostess.
