The interview process itself was normal. I applied for a job online, 2 days later I received an email. After some back and forth on email, we setup a phone interview the next week. After that, I received a call for the next interview, face to face, a week later. No problems there.
My problem is with the status after the interview. They told me that I would be notified either way within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, no response, so I followed up with them. NO response. After a few more days, I followed up again. NO response again! This is very unprofessional. I took a lot of time to prepare for the phone and face to face interviews. Not to mention, the time of IB Abel's personnel with whom I spoke and met.
I can understand that companies don't respond to everyone who applies for a job, but a company should always follow up with face to face interview candidates. It is professional courtesy.
