I was told by the recruiter that there are three positions. There would be two rounds of which the first round would be technical and I was asked to prepare on the object oriented concepts on Java.
I was not asked even a single technical question. Interviewer asked me about Agile experience from a specific company after I just explained to him about how less Agile the company was for the automaton team due to business reasons. Throughout the interview you are made to feel so relaxed and comfortable. The interviewer tends to be friendly to you, giving the notion that you are doing well. Interview lasted only for about 45 minutes of an hour and they made me feel comfy about the interview that I almost got the job by them asking about my current situation . Even when we walked out near the reception I told the interviewer about the snowy weather outside. He waited for about a 5 second and then responded. There were two interviewers of which one did most of the asking and the other seemed like a junior with his own few questions, which he would ask if you try focus on him or gave him the chance.
Interview feedback was given that I did not know the Agile process and I was supposed to be more specific. Obviously I explained to the recruiter that the agile question was company specific and that the interviewers had extra 15 minutes to be able to listen to my answers.

A weird interview anyway. I am not able to ask them questions because there is another interview right after that. And you can see the next candidate sitting there... I got interviewed by two but one kept silent all the time and didn't even look at me. Feel no respect during all the process.

Question 1
It's all about your experience and their job description. Some technical question but no programming ones.
