Very disappointing experience. The recruiter calls out of the blue before scheduling anything or any email exchange. The recruiter asked regular HR level questions and then asked about Salary. She confirmed that they could only pay XX amount. We agreed on it and then she sent an email confirming the next interview with Director of Product. I met with the Director of Product for 45 minutes or so. Was a good experience with standard PM background / experience questions. Recruiter calls a couple of days later (again without scheduling a time) saying they want to move forward but can only pay an amount lesser than what was agreed on. Upon asking why, she tried to cover up and gave me a vague response. I declined moving forward as I didn't want to work for such an unprofessional company.
