I had two screening calls, one with the recruiter and one with an individual from the team I would be working on. Both individuals that I spoke with were very nice, approachable, and conversational. However, during the second call, it was mutually made clear this was not a good fit. The position was listed as 100% remote, the recruiter stated it was 100% remote, but the second individual stated he would want me commuting to the office every day. That is simply something I'm not willing to do. Other than that, it seemed like a pretty cool company with good people. Everyone was very kind.
