The HR person had zero idea what they were recruiting for. I got a rejection email immediately after the first chat saying "this position is primarily on the front end, and the developer needs to know Javascript". I had talked about using React, Node, Typescript in the interview with her. She had no idea what any of this meant. It was also a full stack opening, not a front end one.
They did send me a HackerRank technical after I replied to the recruiter pointing out I in fact did know Javascript, which was 200 min long and had React specific components.
