Applied Online, had a group interview. Asked some behavioural questions (if you could be 1 person for 24 hours, who would it be). Very straight forward standard questions. call about a week later.
The managers were very easygoing but there was a large amount of people interviewing. I feel like no one could truely show off their customer skills. The questions weren’t too hard and everyone was quite nice. Quite good experience!

Applied online, after around 2 weeks they will call you. They ask you to introduce yourself and state what customer service is to you. After a few days they will call you again to go and have a group interview. In the group interview you introduce your partner and then get into a group to sell a shoe to the interviewers.
