The interview process was very quick and easy, and the overall experience was as good as expected. If given the chance I would apply again and hopefully do better thanks to their constructive criticism.

Online application followed by Situational Judgement test, online numerical test and then telephone interview. Although pretty much straightforward process but it took almost 6+ weeks to get a response from them. During telephone interview, the lady seemed awkward as she drifted to afternoon nap while I was talking about the company, clearly she wasn' much excited to hear boring stuff about HY pensions etc. and not at all friendly as one of their value they boast of. It seemed like the recruiters were making applications redundant as It took them nearly 3 weeks to respond after the telephone interview. Overall not so fair though they claim to improve their process, but let me stress it's not working. Misguiding candidates that the recruiters are too busy to respond isn't much impressive.
